Scheduling a conversation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into a commercial engagement.

Commercial engagements

They do not replace or modify any proposal, statement of work, service agreement, confidentiality agreement or other commercial contract entered into between InFact and a client.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed commercial agreement relating to InFact services, the commercial agreement will govern the relevant client engagement.
